Callin Fortis of Big Time Design has transformed this bare, 2,300-square-foot, three-bedroom Miami Beach condo into a luxurious space resembling a high-end hotel suite — sophisticated, simple yet functional. Fortis has taken cues from the modernist principles of bringing the inside out and outside in. Fortis says, “Design is really about developing a personality, and people need to interact with it, and not to it.”
